To Remove Head Lice, Eggs and Nits - 1. Use on damp hair after Leader Lice Killing Shampoo or any other shampoo has been thoroughly rinsed from hair. Hair-oil may be used in place of shampoo, if desired, to allow for easy combing. 2. Using the comb detangler side, remove any knots from hair. 3. Divide the hair into 1 or 2 inch wide sections and comb through from root to tip using the stainless steel teeth and wipe off any lice or eggs on the comb with a tissue. 4. Continue to comb all the hair until completely finished. 5. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water. 6. To clean the Leader Head Lice Comb, place it in warm soapy water & rinse.
