20 inch W x 16 inch D x 3 inch H. Provides pressure relief. Coccyx cutout reduces pressure on the tailbone and spine. Gel/foam combination provides pressure relief, prevents minor skin irritations, and improves weight distribution. Waterproof cotton cover is removable and machine washable. Non-skid bottom with velcro straps secure cushion to the wheelchair. 250 lbs weight capacity. 1 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship. Flame retardant material. Placement on Wheelchair: Place on the seat of the wheelchair so that logo is on the side. The breathable black cover should be on top and the non-skid textured surface face down. For Coccyx cushion place the U shaped cutout in the rear of the seat so that the cutout is directly under the tailbone area. To Clean the Cover: To remove the cover unzip the side panel, then fold the cushion and peel the cover back and off of the cushion. Machine-wash in cold water and air dry only. Daily maintenance can be done easily using a moist sponge or towel. To Clean Foam Core: Remove the cover and spot clean the foam core or wipe down with a warm moist cloth. After cleaning allow the foam to dry completely before replacing the cover and using.
